What to include in your message

• Corrections: Article URL, the specific ingredient, brand, or formulation claim you believe is incorrect, and a source if available (brand official site, INCI Decoder, Allure, etc.).
• Story tips: Korean brand or product news, K-beauty industry trends, leaked launches, or insider observations. Anonymity respected for industry sources.
• Product recommendations: Korean indie brands worth covering, products you'd like deeper analysis of, ingredient questions for future deep-dives.
• Brand / press inquiries: Brand name, your role, and a brief description. We accept press samples for review consideration but reserve full editorial independence.
• Partnership requests: Affiliate, content collaboration, expert interview opportunities. We do not accept paid placements or sponsored posts disguised as editorial.
• Privacy / data requests (GDPR/CCPA): Specify the right you'd like to exercise (access, deletion, etc.).

What we cannot help with

Please do not send messages requesting:

• Personalized skincare routines for specific skin concerns
• Diagnosis or treatment of skin conditions (acne, eczema, rosacea, melasma, etc.)
• Drug-skincare interaction questions
• Procedure recommendations (lasers, injections, peels)

For these, please consult a board-certified dermatologist or licensed esthetician in your area. We are an editorial publication, not a medical practice.

We accept press samples for review consideration with the following terms:

• No guarantee of coverage; editorial independence is absolute
• Reviews may be positive, negative, or mixed based on honest evaluation
• Press sample receipt will be disclosed in any published review
• We do not return samples or coordinate "sponsored" content
• Send press contact details (PR agency, brand owner) for follow-up questions
